If you can find that out, I'd like to know as well.
The music isn't in MIDI format though, it's in IMF.

I haven't yet found one. I tried doing it manually, but the data files are compressed to save space, and I don't know which compression system they used. Probably a LZ variant, but I don't know which one, and I probably wouldn't know how to extract the files even if I did.
