I "submitted" a picture on that site several months ago.

It irks me something fierce when I see "unnecessary" quotes.

There was a topic about this very same subject on one of my friends' forums about a year ago.

What people who misuse quotes don't realize is that when they put them around random words like that, it implies a double meaning.

And trust me, the quotes in his post are necessary... for our amusement.

"That" is probably the "best" site on the internet. XD It brings more lol's than out of context photos of kittens with poorly spelled captions on them! :P
