The Spore Creature Creator is coming out June and will make creatures compatible with the full game slated for a Fall 08 release. Also free demo of the game coming June!

I've been really hyped about making my own creatures so far and I can't wait to actually do it. It's like Blender/Silo for n00bs... on CRACK. Of course, the creature creator is only a part of the game, but one that could possibly dominate art sites for a while.

Man, I've been waiting for Spore for years now! It's about time they started ramping up for it.

Apparently I read an old notice (or just plain read it wrong!)- they are planning to sell the creature creator for $10, and the demo will be only of the creature creator, not the whole game. I guessed they sensed a money making opportunity and/or realized they'd be giving away much of the reason to play the full version.

Anyway, preorder here.
