I'm about get my paintball gun any tips on which marker to buy. tips on how to get ahead in a woods battle. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep your head low, be sure you're behind ample cover, and remember you're part of a team. Heroes get their nuts painted orange... Also a cup might be a good investment if that aspect bothers you. O.o

As far as gun makers, I can't really help you there...

Get something with a virtue board. And invest in a rocking trigger, it's worth it.
And as for the cup... I've been playing about 2 times a month for three years now, and I've never once gotten hit in the balls. It's not worth the discomfort, as cups can be highly uncomfortable.

Another tip: When you're peeking out from behind cover to see what you can see, peek out with only one eye. I used to look out with both eyes, and gotten hit in the head from three different directions at once.
And wear layers, it hurts less.
I usually play with a hat on under my mask, so back of the head shots don't hurt nearly as much.
Also, don't bother surrendering people, it's too risky. Just back up two steps and shoot them in the ass.
